Coachella 2026
Skylrk Oasis, Skylrk Shop and the Justin Bieber Swag Shop — three activations on one 30,000 sqft footprint on the Coachella grounds. Creative concepting, retail spatial design, fabrication, production, festival liaison, sales strategy and digital marketing — concept to execution in 90 days.
A design concept developed in service of a cohesive brand vision, engineered for high sales velocity — the full collection sold on-site through a digital menu synced to Skylrk's D2C e-commerce, with live replenishment across the weekend.
The program shattered the Coachella merch record with $15 million in sales — covered by Vogue Business, Hypebeast and Rolling Out.
